A: Railway Sleepers and Oak Beams are very heavy, therefore delivery cost depends on quantity ordered as well as your location. As a guide, delivery within 30 mile radius of Chorley costs around £20

Q: How is delivery made?
A: Deliveries are usually made by small truck and then manually unloaded at roadside location. Please note, we deliver to road side location or your drive way. In some circumstance we can help you carry the sleepers to to the desired location.

Oak timber is very heavy; some sleepers can weigh up to 90 Kg each. Therefore if you don't have a fork lift truck then please ensure that someone is available to help the driver unload.

Q: How soon can you deliver?
A: We usually deliver within a week to North West locations providing payment has cleared.

Please note that unless otherwise agreed, goods shall be accepted when so delivered and if not so accepted then Rustic Touch Ltd shall charge all subsequent transport and haulage costs incurred to the Buyer.
