Where are you? Can I view or collect from your wood yard?
Our wood yard is situated on private land in Charnock Richard near Chorley.  Customers are welcome to view or collect from us however, this must be done strictly by appointment since our yard is not always staffed.  Please phone to make an appointment so we can agree a visiting time and give you directions to the yard.

What are your opening hours?
We are not a shop and so don't have any firm opening hours. Telephone enquiries can be made during normal working hours, including Saturdays.

How do I place an order and pay?
Just telephone, email or fax over your requirements and we will contact you to agree a mutually convenient delivery time.

Card Payment:  We accept most card payment over the telephone.
Please be aware that all purchases made by Visa or MasterCard will be subject to a 3% surcharge, so why not book with your debit card instead?  Maestro, Delta, Electron or Solo cards are all surcharge free!

Cheques:             These need to be cleared by our bank before we can despatch to you.
BACS/CHAPS:    Electronic bank transfer.

Please note that during the summer months our staff are very busy and so if can't get through on the phone, then please leave a message, send an email or fax and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I fix together the sleepers? Do you sell fasteners?
Currently we don't sell fasteners, sorry!

Can you cut the wood for me?
Sorry, we don't currently offer a cutting service.
