Q: Where are you? Can I collect?
A: Our yard is just outside Chorley in Lancashire. Buyers are welcome to collect but by appointment only since our yard is not always staffed. Please phone if you want to visit us.

Q: What sort of Oak is it?
A: All our new oak is from well managed PEFC certified European forests.

Q: When are your opening hours?
A: We are not a shop and don't have any firm opening hours. Telephone enquiries can be made during normal working hours, including Saturdays.

Q: How do I place an order and pay?
A: Just telephone, email or fax over your requirements and we will contact you to agree a mutually convenient delivery time.

Debit Cards:    We accept payment over the phone (no handeling fee).
Credit Cards:   We accept most credit cards over the telephone (note 2.5% handeling fee).
Cheques:          These need to be cleared by our bank before we can despatch to you.

Please note that during the summer months our staff are very busy and so if can't get through on the phone, then please leave a message, send an email or fax and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: How do I fix together the sleepers? Do you sell fasteners?
A: Currently we don't sell fasteners, sorry!

Q: Can you cut the wood for me?
A: Sorry, we don't offer a cutting service.
