Most of our new oak sleepers are fairly square with some having a slight 'wane' or bevel on one or two edges. New Oak Sleepers soon 'weather' to an attractive silver/grey colour when exposed to the sun and rain. All our oak sleepers are unseasoned and may develop splits and cracks with age, giving them character and that rustic look!
